Anti Temperance Society Members are welcome to join us for a Culinary Conclave on September 2nd in the Speakeasy! Ale’s Kitchen will be working to prepare five courses of small bites perfectly paired with 4oz samples of new Straight to Ale brews. Don’t miss out! Doors open at 4pm, please feel free to arrive early to enjoy a cocktail and find your seat before the first course is served at 5pm. You must RSVP to attend as seating is limited. First Course: Shorbat Adas : red lentils simmered with lemon, turmeric, cumin parsley and Sumac

Second Course: Fattoush – salad with a zesty lime vinaigrette

Third Course: Baba Ganoush – a dip like hummus with fire roasted eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon, and kalamata olives

Fourth Course: Shish Tawook : marinated grilled chicken skewers with lemon, garlic, greek yogurt, and a garlic oil lemon salt dipping sauce

Fifth Course: Pistachio Baklava : with honey, lemon, and rose water
