Anti Temperance Society Members are welcome to join us for a Culinary Conclave on June 24th at 5pm in the Speakeasy! Ale’s Kitchen will be working to prepare five courses of small bites perfectly paired with 4oz samples of new Straight to Ale brews, cocktails & more. Don’t miss out! This is an ATS members only event – Sign up for ATS membership to enjoy, and then reserve your seat!
Doors open at 4pm, please feel free to arrive early to enjoy a cocktail and find your seat before the first course is served at 5pm. You must RSVP to attend as seating is limited. Update – reservations are now full.
First Course: Collard Green Salad w/Bacon Sherry Drizzle
collard greens with goat cheese tossed in a homemade bacon sherry drizzle w/bacon shavings, sliced grilled beets
Paired with Malbec Barrel Aged Abbey Normal (Belgian Single)
Second Course: Bortsh
a Russian based favorite, cubed beets, tomatoes, onion, served in a honey beet sweet solution
w/sour cream and green onions
paired with Shelta Cavern Spirits Vodka Cocktail
Third Course: Beef Tenderloin w/potatoes(cut in 6ths) tossed in a bacon vinaigrette, with sautéed collard greens. w/chimichurri and crystalized grapefruit peel
paired with Oak Aged British Style IPA
Fourth Course: Red Snapper accompanied with thin sliced layered potatoes w/Asian slaw
paired with Bavarian Dark Lager
Fifth Course: Compressed Cinnamon and Cayenne Watermelon and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream w/a hint of basil
paired with Honey Mead
