Anti Temperance Society Members are welcome to join us for a Culinary Conclave on November 10th in the Speakeasy! Ale’s Kitchen will be working to prepare five courses of small bites perfectly paired with 4oz samples of new Straight to Ale brews. Don’t miss out! Appetizer: Ropa Vieja Tamales
Braised beef, peppers, onions, onions and olives baked in a corn batter. Topped with black eyed pea puree.
Paired with: Chai Spice American Porter
Salad– 5 Squash Pasta Salad
Zucchini, Crookneck, Acorn & Butternut squash tossed with spaghetti squash noodles and a plum-basil vinaigrette. Garnished with smoked garlic.
Paired with: Belgian Blonde Ale
Entree – French Thanksgiving
Turkey confit on Bleu cheese stuffing
Served with red onion slaw
Paired with: Oatmeal Stout
Aperitif – English Tapas
Sage Derby Cracker topped with cranberry, goat cheese, turnip greens & cinnamon
Paired with: ESB Strong Bitter
Desert – Pumpkin Cannoli
Marshmallow – eggnog creme with allspice, nutmeg and smoked paprika
