After reclaiming the defunct Stone Middle School, our newest facility offers 40 plus taps of Straight To Ale Brews, food from our scratch-made kitchen and spirits from our in house distillery, Shelta Cavern Spirits.

Reservation Policy: Due to limited seating at Straight to Ale does NOT accept reservations. We ask that if your group is larger than 14 persons once arriving at the brewery, to please ask for a manager to see if we have available space to accommodate your group.

Patio Hours:

The patio is always open for seating. Depending on weather/temps, hours for full service are Wed-Friday: 4 PM – Close, Saturday & Sunday: 11AM - Close

Speakeasy Hours:

Thursday: 5 PM – Close; Friday & Saturday: 5PM - Close

Available for private rentals 7 days a week!

Lipz Lounge Hours:

Monday: 6PM- 9PM

Thursday - Saturday: 7 PM – 12AM (when not closed for private rental)

TAKE A TOUR

Join RoadKill for a free brewery tour! Every Saturday at 3pm, you can learn more about Straight to Ale, the schools which used to be here, some Huntsville Prohibition history, and the beer making process. Each guest (of legal age) gets two free beer samples. The tour takes close to an hour.

Please check in at the Merchandise area in the main taproom between 2:30-:45pm, get your tickets for your free beer samples, and be ready to go when the clock strikes 3pm!
