Our Thirsty Thursday Oktoberfest series continues with our Communicator Doppelbock release! This will be the last release in our Oktoberfest series highlighting German styles of beer. This is a traditional, malt-forward German style Doppelbock featuring a rick, toasty malty aroma and flavor with just enough hops to balance. 9% ABV.

Come enjoy a special brunch menu provided by Ale’s Kitchen, fantastic drink specials, and a sparkling show at Huntsville’s Only Drag Brunch!
The Speakeasy doors will open 30 minutes prior to each showtime. This is a family friendly event so bring the kiddos! *Due to limited seating there will be no free tickets for this event.
We will be following guidelines for the safety of our guests, staff, and entertainers.
•We request that all guests wear a mask until they are seated.
•Event capacity is limited to 50%
•A limited brunch menu will be offered (menu to be posted soon) (no buffet)
•Tables cannot be moved together.
•Large groups will have to be split up, or small groups will have to sit together (family style and making friends!)

Anti Temperance Society Members are welcome to join us for a Culinary Conclave on October 4th in the Speakeasy. Ale’s Kitchen will be working to prepare five courses of small bites perfectly paired with 4oz samples of new Straight to Ale brews. Don’t miss out! Doors will open at 4pm and the first course will be served at 5pm. This is an ATS members only event – Sign up for ATS membership to enjoy.

Please wear your mask when not seated at your table. Due to capacity restrictions, you may be seated with other ATS members outside of your party. If you have a preference of who you’d like to sit with, please send your request to after you RSVP.

Appetizer: Rucola Caprese
Heirloom tomato tartar with balsamic reduction, agar agar arugula spaghetti, buffalo mozzarella toasted pine nuts and arugula micro-greens

Huntsville Sushi Class @ High Falls Wine Tasting Room

We will be spacing tables out, the chef will be wearing PPE and you will be expected to follow the rules posted by Straight To Ale and set by the state of Alabama. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to the rules set by our location. BRING YOUR MASK. We have gloves for you to use during the class, and will provide hand sanitizer as well.
In this two hour, hands-on class we will teach you how to make perfect sushi rice every time, how to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar (from eel sauce to bangbang), tell you where to shop and what to buy and discuss how to safely serve raw fish at home. We’ve taught this class for 8 years in 16 states to over 12,000 people. Each student will be served two rolls (we make one, you make one) and go home with a cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks and recipes as well as a shopping list that works for Amazon, Instacart and Shipt. $45/pp See Less
