We will be selling a limited number of tickets for this class, tables will be spaced out to accommodate Covid regulations and you will be required to wear a mask when entering/leaving/moving about the brewery. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering by the rules set forth by the brewery and by the state.
THE CLASS: In this 2 hour, hands-on beginner sushi class, we will teach you how to make perfect sushi rice every time, how to make all of the sauces you love at the sushi bar (from bang bang to eel sauce), tell you where to shop and what to buy, plus we’ll discuss how to safely serve raw fish at home according to health department regulations.
We’ve taught this class for 8 years in 16 states to over 12,000 people so far. Each student will be served two rolls (we make one, you make one) and go home with a cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks and recipes.
